Just coming to the end of a small block of rest back in CO, refreshed mentally and physically. I am super motivated for the 2nd part of the season and ready to make heads turn. The team has had a lot of success the past couple weeks with the highlight being our new rider Geron Williams Winning Guyana National PRO championships. He is going to be looking good in his Champion System National Kit soon!

I got to get some down time at home and my girlfriend and I went to her friends wedding in Durango, CO over the weekend. I have raced there a few times for collegiate but never really soaked in what Durango has to offer. I fell in love right away, from the kind people, food, restaurants, good training and beautiful place. I had a hard time breathing there, even though I have been away from Altitude for a while I didn't think it would effect me that much. Anyways I could see myself living in Durango.

Up next, Tour of Delta, Gastown GP in Canada then Boise Twilight. I am super excited to go back to Canada and do the series they have up there. I did it a couple years ago and had a great experience. The people are so welcoming, beautiful country and the racing is top notch. Then my parents and sister are flying into Boise to watch us race. My family is very supportive and thats why I am where I am today and I am always excited when they can come to a race and see what its like up close in person. Watching online does not do justice of how the race went down so I am excited for that.

I am now getting ready to go on my first group ride in Boulder for the first time in 8-9 months. Hopefully see some familiar faces and not get my legs torn off too much.

Thanks for reading,

Ginger 1
