NEW SITE

I am in the process of moving all my content over to a new site. I am excited to announce that I will be teaming up with 5280 Elite Coaching. Excited to start coaching people and using my expereinces as a Pro to help others reach their goal. The new Site will be launched May 1st.

I am currently in Arkansas, the day before Joe Martin Stage Race. Tomorrow is an uphill TT...OUCH! I am excited to get this race underway. This is a new race for me as I am usually at Speedweek. SO please be nice to me Arkansas...I am only a GINGER!
